Are you a confident network engineer looking for your next role in a fun and growing Managed Service Provider? In this IT support role you’ll get a wide ranging exposure to all kinds of service support experience for this IT support job opportunity.

We’re looking for capable support technical staff with good customer service and communication skills to support our customer sites and technical implementations to grow our existing team.

Typical support role tasks range from;

– configuring domain names and email (on-prem, O365 and hosted exchange environments)
– user management and device configuration
– troubleshooting end user issues
– new user onboarding as well as old user offboarding
– telephone configuration
– broadband order management
– number porting
– email migrations
– DNS management
– Windows desktop support
– MAC OS desktop support
– Server file print, AD admin, file permissions

Further training and skills development is available to the right, motivated, candidate once in the role.

Basic candidate requirements

Right to work in the UK, driving license & own transport
