Three offices, one conversation.

DAS Business Furniture replaced an ageing phone system with Cisco Webex Calling, and gave its London showroom a meeting room that simply works.

Every team worked differently, so a one-size phone system was never going to fit.

DAS needed a single platform that could serve desk-based staff, people on the move around the building, and those working flexibly from a laptop, all without losing the numbers customers already knew.

The London showroom also needed a proper video meeting space for clients and remote colleagues, and the switchover had to happen across three sites with minimal disruption.

A tailored mix, delivered as one project.

Working alongside Daniel Rickett, Group Management Accountant, our team scoped the requirement, ported the existing numbers, provisioned every user and rolled out Webex Calling to all three offices.

01

Desk handsets

Cisco desk phones for office-based staff who live on the phone.

02

DECT wireless

Mobile handsets for people moving around warehouses and showrooms.

03

Webex softclient

Calling from laptop or mobile for staff on the move or working from home.

Walk in, tap once, start the meeting.

A Cisco Room Bar paired with a tabletop touch controller gives the showroom clear video, natural audio and easy content sharing, whether the guests are sitting at the table or joining from elsewhere.

Built around how DAS works now.

All three locations now share one consistent calling platform, staff use the tools that suit their role, and the showroom has a meeting room fit for client presentations. Number porting, user rollout and the room installation were handled by a single partner, and Daniel was pleased with how quickly the project came together.

"Force36 worked closely with us to plan and deliver our new communications system across three locations. We were particularly impressed with the speed and efficiency of the deployment."
