You must not use our services to:

• Engage in unlawful activity
• Transmit or distribute malware
• Send unsolicited bulk communications (spam)
• Conduct fraud, phishing, or impersonation
• Interfere with network integrity or security

Customers must not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems
• Use services in a way that degrades network performance for others

Where telephony services are provided, you must not:

• Engage in nuisance calling or CLI spoofing
• Use the service for fraudulent traffic or artificial inflation of traffic

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate services
• Restrict access where misuse is identified
