Services

Force36 Ltd provides telecommunications and IT services including broadband, telephony, and managed IT solutions.

Contracts

  • Services may be subject to minimum contract terms
  • Renewal terms and notice periods will be specified in your agreement

Microbusiness Customers

If you qualify as a microbusiness (fewer than 10 employees and annual turnover or balance sheet not exceeding €2 million), you may benefit from certain regulatory protections under the General Conditions set by Ofcom.

These protections typically include a maximum contract term of 24 months.

However, you may choose to enter into a longer contract term (for example, 36 months) where this provides commercial benefits such as reduced pricing, promotional offers, or subsidised or free-of-charge hardware.

By agreeing to a contract term exceeding 24 months, you confirm that you:

  • Are aware of your rights under General Condition C1.11
  • Have made an informed decision to waive those rights in relation to contract length
  • Have chosen to enter into a longer-term agreement on a voluntary basis

Full details of your contract term and any associated benefits will be clearly set out in your agreement.

Charges

  • All charges will be clearly outlined in your order or agreement
  • Additional charges may apply for out-of-scope work

Service levels

We aim to provide reliable services but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Customers requiring higher levels of service availability or resilience should consider our enhanced or high-availability solutions, which may include features such as redundant connectivity, failover services, or priority support.

These solutions are designed to provide increased service assurance but are subject to additional charges and specific contractual terms.

Termination

  • Early termination may result in charges
  • Details will be provided within your agreement

Liability

Our liability is limited as set out in our full Master Services Agreement.

Full terms

Full contractual terms are provided as part of your service agreement.
