Emergency Services Information (VoIP)

Force36 Ltd provides VoIP (internet-based) telephony services.

Calls to 999 and 112 are supported. However, there are important limitations:

• Services rely on a working internet connection
• Services require power, if power fails, the service will not function
• Location information may not be automatically transmitted

Customers must:

• Provide accurate address information
• Notify us of any changes to service location

In the event of:

• Power outage
• Internet failure

You must use an alternative method to contact emergency services, such as a mobile phone.

We strongly recommend maintaining an alternative means of contacting emergency services at all times.
